Inventory Preparation: Will differ on whether the property is furnished or unfurnished and the number of rooms in the property.
Agreement extension: All contracts will automatically continue as a on rolling contract unless the Landlord or Tenant requests to extend with a fixed term which will be charged at £100 +VAT.

Our fees are aubject to a Sole agency agreement between us and the landlord and for every Multi agency agreement there will be a surcharge of 2% +VAT on the Sole agency commission rate.

Sole agency

Where a Landlord instructs Peepal Estate Agents as their sole agent for the lettings services within Peepal Estate Agents terms and conditions.

Multi agency

Where a Landlord decides to market their property with multiple agency simultaneously.

All service levels will be subject to a set-up fee of £400 + VAT, the set-up fee covers this following –

  • Arranging professional photography to enhance market presence.
  • Drawing detailed floorplans.
  • Constructing 3D floorplan with space planner (see listed properties for examples).
  • Capturing 360 photography to enhance marketing (if appropriate).
  • Advertising through comprehensive property portal Zoopla.
  • Monitoring property market performance and adjust marketing appropriately.
  • Providing Landlords with weekly feedback regarding property performance and client feedback.

As appointed introducers for several insurance companies we are able to offer a range of insurance policies for landlords, including the following –
